How do I know if I am ready for therapy?
You do not have to be in crisis to deserve support. If any of the following describes you, you are ready:
-
You feel exhausted in a way that sleep and vacations no longer fix
-
Your brain never fully turns off
-
You feel emotionally flat, disconnected, or like you are performing your life rather than living it
-
You have been thinking about therapy for months but keep putting yourself last
-
Something feels off even when everything on the outside looks fine.
The fact that you are reading this page means something in you is ready. The complimentary consult is a low-pressure way to take the first step and figure out the rest from there.
Do you take insurance?
Mindfully Mine is a private pay practice and does not bill insurance directly for payment. This is an intentional clinical decision not a limitation.
When therapists operate under insurance contracts, they are reimbursed at significantly reduced rates and often carry heavier caseloads to generate sustainable income. That level caseload for a clinician create a real burnout risk.
At Mindfully Mine, we maintain smaller, more intentional caseloads so that every client receives full presence, full preparation, and care that is not diluted by volume.
What does therapy cost and will my insurance cover any of it?
Session rates at Mindfully Mine range from $175 to $350 per 50 minute session. Specific rates are shared during your complimentary consult so you know exactly what to expect before committing to anything.
If you have out-of-network benefits, your insurance may reimburse a significant portion of each session after your out-of-network deductible is met.
Here's how it works:
-
You pay at the time of service
-
We provide you with a detailed superbill after each session
-
You submit that to your insurance company for direct reimbursement
